As a Senior OT Support Engineer , you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Global OT Support
/n
- Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs
/n
- Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challenges
/n
- Factory Enablement
/n
- Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sites
/n
- Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholders
/n
- Global Rollouts
/n
- Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide
/n
- Drive implementation directly in real production environments
/n
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
/n
- Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks
/n
- Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability
/n
- Hands-on Execution
/n
- Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologies
