Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will handle daily customer interactions, follow up on leads, support policy servicing requests,



and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for timely policy issuance and claims support, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting defined sales and service targets. The role also involves participating in local marketing and customer engagement activities to enhance brand presence and build long-term customer loyalty.
