About the Role
Pet Point is building a modern D2C pet-care brand, and we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can own the visual language of the brand across packaging, e-commerce, social media, advertising, and video.
This role is for someone who combines robust design skills with a sharp understanding of consumer behaviour and D2C marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Product teams to create creatives that are not only visually strong but also drive engagement, consideration, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the visual design for Pet Point across D2C, e-commerce, social media, packaging, and marketing channels.
Design product packaging, labels, boxes, inserts, stickers, and unboxing experiences.
Create high-performing Meta/Instagram ad creatives, static ads, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional creatives.
Design Amazon/marketplace and website creatives, including product images, banners, thumbnails, landing-page assets, and promotional graphics.
Develop creative assets for new product launches, offers, seasonal campaigns,
festive campaigns, and brand campaigns.
Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, product videos, UGC-style content, advertisements, and product explainers.
Work on performance creatives, experimenting with different hooks, layouts, messaging, visual styles, and formats to improve campaign performance.
Translate product USPs and marketing messages into clear, compelling, consumer-friendly visuals.
Maintain a consistent and recognisable Pet Point brand identity across every consumer touchpoint.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to develop creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, agencies, printers, and packaging vendors when required.
Take ownership from creative brief → concept → execution → revisions → final delivery.
Build and maintain creative templates, brand assets, packaging file
