? About the Role
As a Franchise Channel Sales Manager – B2B, you will own the complete sales lifecycle—from engaging with leads and pitching the franchise/channel opportunity to negotiating, closing, and onboarding partners.




This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, persuasive, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of the sales process.

? Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard franchise and channel partners across India
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation/engagement to closure and activation
Pitch and present franchise/channel business models to prospective partners
Understand partner requirements, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to partner onboarding
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, lead status, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Consistently achieve franchise acquisition, revenue, and sales targets
Monitor market opportunities and identify potential partner segments for exp
