Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Executive role based in Surat.



The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching gated communities, presenting NoBrokerHood’s offerings, and driving product adoption through on-ground meetings and demonstrations. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, conducting pitches, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding in coordination with internal teams. The executive will maintain relationships with society management committees and key decision-makers, gather market insights, and provide feedback to enhance products and sales strategies. Day-to-day activities include regular field visits, maintaining accurate sales records, meeting revenue and activity targets, and representing the brand professionally in the local market.
