Primary Objective: Generate qualified sales opportunities and book qualified appointments for the Hectogon / Megagon sales team.

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and converting cold prospects into qualified meetings.

This is not a traditional closing role.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate conversations, identify genuine business opportunities, qualify them against our criteria, and book appointments for the sales team.

You should be comfortable with high-volume cold calling and should not depend entirely on inbound leads.

Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience in telecalling, outbound sales, lead generation, business development,



or appointment setting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to businesses and decision-makers across India.
Identify and contact relevant prospects through calling, LinkedIn, databases, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of Hectogon / Megagon.
Qualify prospects based on business need, budget, authority, urgency, and fit.
Identify whether the prospect is a genuine chance or a poor-fit lead.
Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales team's calendar.
Maintain accurate CRM records for every prospect and interaction.
Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest but are not immediately ready.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Continuously improve calling scripts, objection handling, and prospecting approaches based on results.
