Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Corporate Trainers for Construction Technical Skills based in Bengaluru. Trainers will design and deliver technical training modules in civil engineering and construction practices,



including classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-site simulations. They will prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards and the academy’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training records and reports. Trainers will collaborate with industry experts, update content to reflect new technologies and regulations, and support continuous improvement of the training programs while upholding the academy’s ethical and skilled standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction practices, including site execution, structural systems, materials, and quality and safety standards.
