Role Description The Senior Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, and presenting Longitude Constructions’ turnkey packages, design offerings, and pricing structures. The Senior Sales professional will manage the complete sales cycle,



including site visits, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. They will collaborate closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and met. The position also includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation skills, preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
Ability to conduct structured needs assessments, explain technical and pricing details clearly, and present solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Experience with pipeline management, CRM tools, and data-driven sales reporting to track leads, forecasts, and performance metrics.
