Role Description: This is a full-time,



in office Luxury Residential Property Sales Manager role based in Kolkata. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential properties, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, and closing high-value transactions. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understand their lifestyle and investment preferences, and recommend suitable properties from Brickfolio’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with developers and internal teams, preparing accurate sales documentation, maintaining CRM records, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also includes market research on luxury housing trends, participation in promotional events, and ensuring exceptional client experience at every stage of the sales journey.
