Role Description
The Franchise Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for growing the Mycleaners franchise network. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, conducting meetings and presentations, and guiding prospects through the evaluation and onboarding process. The Franchise Development Executive will manage end-to-end franchise documentation, support negotiations, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to support new franchise openings.



The role also includes performance tracking of existing franchisees, providing ongoing support, and recommending improvements to franchise processes and strategies.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing franchise agreements.
Experience in franchise development, channel expansion, or multi-unit business growth, preferably in services or consumer-focused industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and influence prospective franchise partners.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports or proposals to support franchise decisions.
Solid relationship-management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
Comfort working on-site in Gurgaon, with willingness to travel for meetings, events, and franchise site visits as needed.
