Role Description The VP Projects & Maintenance will lead capital projects and maintenance activities across manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable plant operations and timely project execution.



This full-time, in office role is based in Kalyan Dombivli and will oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, safety, and quality. Daily responsibilities include supervising maintenance strategies, monitoring equipment performance, driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements. The role involves reviewing technical designs, vendor proposals, and contracts, while optimizing costs and timelines for new installations, expansions, and upgrades. The VP Projects & Maintenance will mentor site teams, implement best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
