Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage potential buyers and sellers in the cotton and yarn industry, build and nurture long-term relationships, and promote Linnseed’s B2B platform to increase user acquisition and retention. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals.



The individual will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, gather user feedback, and support platform enhancements. Regular reporting on business metrics, participation in industry events, and maintaining a solid understanding of market trends will be part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in B2B or related industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation to drive revenue growth.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain digital platforms and value propositions clearly.
Comfort working with online tools and CRM systems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
