Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and deepening customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day activities include engaging with existing and prospective policyholders, understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable ABSLI products. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing timely information on policy features, renewals, claims-related queries, and service requests. The Virtual Relationship Manager is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow compliance and quality guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position also includes meeting defined business targets, cross-selling and upselling relevant products, and continuously improving customer satisfaction through proactive service.
