Role: Pristine Developers is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Channel Partner Executive to strengthen our Channel Partner (CP) network and drive sales through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners such as real estate brokers, property consultants, and agencies. This role requires excellent networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate business through channel sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Identification and Recruitment
Identify potential channel partners within the real estate sector, including agents, brokers, and developers.
Actively recruit new partners by showcasing the benefits of collaboration with the company.
2. Partnership Development
Build and nurture solid relationships with existing and potential channel partners to foster trust and collaboration.
Work closely with partners to understand their needs and align them with the company's offerings.
3. Sales Enablement and Training
Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell the company's real estate properties.
Ensure partners are well-versed in the company's property portfolio and pricing strategies.
4. Market Analysis and Research
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the real estate market.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track and evaluate the performance of channel partners, including sales performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
Implement strategies to help partners meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Marketing and Promotion
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support channel partner initiatives.
Assist partners in creating effective marketing strategies to attract potential property buyers.
