Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Pune.



The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries related to projects, services, and support, documenting interactions in company systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and service to address customer needs. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, proactively following up on open issues, and supporting continuous improvement in customer experience and satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also assist with order status updates, scheduling service visits, and providing clear information about company offerings and processes.
