Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,



and promote ResourceDekho’s IT services and digital solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. The role involves collaborating with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals, ensure accurate scoping of solutions, and maintain a clear understanding of client requirements. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to support revenue growth and market expansion.
