Role Description The Technical Sales Manager – Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for ETERNAL Carbon Black in rubber, plastics, paints, and coating applications, while expanding and managing existing customer accounts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical product presentations, understanding customer formulations and performance requirements, and recommending rCB solutions that meet application needs. The Technical Sales Manager will collaborate with technical and production teams to address customer queries, coordinate product trials, and ensure timely technical support and service. The role also involves forecasting sales, tracking market trends in sustainable materials, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining robust relationships with key decision makers to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with experience selling specialty chemicals, carbon black, or related industrial products.
Strong Account Management capabilities, including building long-term customer relationships and managing key accounts strategically.
