About Solara
Solara is a rapid-growing direct-to-consumer kitchen appliances brand, building for the modern Indian kitchen with premium air fryers, air fryer ovens and juicers. We are looking for Inside Sales Executives to turn our incoming interest into customers - over the phone, over WhatsApp, and on video.

About the role
People do not buy a ₹9,000 appliance from an unfamiliar brand on the first click. They hesitate, compare, and want to be sure. Your job is to be the person who removes that doubt. You will work warm leads — people who have already visited our site, dropped off at checkout, replied to an ad, or messaged us on
WhatsApp. You call, you understand what is holding them back, you show them the product on video if that is what it takes, and you close. Whatever the customer needs to feel confident, you use.

Key responsibilities
Lead conversion: work inbound and warm leads across calls, WhatsApp and video, and own each one from first contact to closed order.
Video demonstrations:



run live product demos over video call for customers who want to see the appliance properly before committing.
Objection handling: answer the real questions — price against competitors, warranty, capacity, whether it suits their cooking — without overselling.
Follow-up discipline: maintain a consistent follow-up cadence. Most orders in this category close on the second or third conversation, not the first.
Order confirmation: call to confirm COD orders and reduce cancellations and RTO before dispatch.
CRM hygiene: log every conversation, outcome and reason for loss. A lead that is not logged did not happen.
Feedback loop: report what customers are actually asking and objecting to, so marketing and product can fix it upstream.
Targets: work consistently towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.

What we are looking for
Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, retail sales or appliance demonstration.
Background: prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or consumer durabl
