Role Description This is a full time, on-site Management Trainee role based in Kochi. The Management Trainee will support daily operations of the tour and travel business, including assisting with itinerary planning, package coordination, and customer communication. Responsibilities include learning and contributing to sales processes, vendor coordination,



booking and reservation management, and resolving basic customer queries under supervision. The role involves working closely with senior team members to understand business workflows, performance metrics, and service standards, while participating in problem-solving, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The Management Trainee is expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of business operations, sales, or hospitality management; prior internship or experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, follow-through, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
