About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, generating business opportunities, and most importantly, leading and managing the Business Development team to achieve organizational targets.
The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, negotiation, and team-management skills, along with the ability to build long-term client relationships and convert business opportunities into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the Business Development team.
Set individual and team targets and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review leads, follow-ups, conversions, and targets.
Train team members on sales techniques,



client communication, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team environment.

Business Development & Sales

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, cold calling, meetings, and other business development activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services or solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and review business proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions where required.
Drive the team toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
