Role Description:-

The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for J. DHULL FOODS’ product portfolio.

This role includes managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers,



and identifying new business opportunities across target markets.

The Senior Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotions. Day-to-day tasks involve market analysis, forecasting, territory planning, regular field visits, and collaboration with marketing and operations to support product launches and brand visibility.

The role also requires preparing sales reports, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:-

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in business development, key account management, and channel management to grow distribution and market share.
