Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ranchi. The specialist will identify and engage prospective students and institutional partners, promote training and internship programs, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.



Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, meetings, events, and digital channels; presenting program offerings; and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating with the training team to understand program details, supporting marketing campaigns, collecting feedback from learners and partners, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales and promotional strategies. The specialist will work closely with management to meet enrollment targets and strengthen the company’s presence in target markets.
