Role Description The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities to support Akshayakalpa Organic’s operations in Shirur. This full time, on-site role includes processing purchase requisitions from internal stakeholders,



preparing and issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services in line with quality and cost requirements. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, maintaining vendor relationships, and monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock. The Purchasing Executive will coordinate closely with production, quality, and finance teams, track procurement documentation, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and support continuous improvement in purchasing processes. The position also requires adherence to company sustainability standards and compliance with relevant procurement policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to manage documentation and approvals accurately.
Strong Purchase Management and Procurement skills, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
