About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Industrial Business Development Executive to develop and expand our industrial customer base. The role involves regular customer visits, identifying recent business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and consistently following up to convert enquiries into orders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, building long-term customer relationships, and developing business across industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential industrial customers regularly.
- Identify and generate new business leads in the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with factories, manufacturing units, workshops, contractors, and other industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders until closure.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Coordinate internally with sales, purchase, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Track customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and business opportunities.
- Maintain proper reporting of daily customer visits and follow-up activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Bearings, Automotive Components, Industrial Products, or Engineering Products will be preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and customer interaction.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, quotations, and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
