We're hiring a Travel Manager to lead our Holidays Division.

We're looking for a Travel Manager to own the end-to-end performance of our Holidays business — from sales conversion to supplier partnerships to customer delight.
This isn't just a sales role. You'll be the custodian of our holiday brand: ensuring every itinerary is better than the last, every customer interaction reflects excellence, and our product stays ahead of market trends.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Conversions
- Convert high-value inquiries into confirmed bookings and coach the team on sales strategy and objection handling
- Own conversion performance, response times, and follow-up discipline across the department
Own Query Management
- Maintain full visibility over every inquiry in the pipeline
- Personally handle VIP clients, complex itineraries,
current destinations, and strategic accounts
Craft Best-in-Class Itineraries
- Continuously refine itineraries to reflect evolving traveler preferences
- Introduce unique experiences, hidden gems, and offbeat attractions that set us apart
Stay Ahead of the Market
- Track global travel trends, competitor offerings, and emerging destinations
- Research and launch new destinations before the competition does
Build & Coach the Team
- Run structured training sessions and destination knowledge-building programs
- Develop destination specialists and improve team conversion rates
Manage Supplier & Partner Relationships
- Negotiate rates and exclusive benefits with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and cruise partners
- Build relationships with tourism boards for marketing support and co-promotions
Champion the Customer Experience
- Monitor feedback and NPS, and turn insights into service improvements
