Job Purpose: The Job purpose for the role of Shift Engineer - PECVD in cell
maintenance is overseeing the operation and maintenance of PECVD equipment
during shifts, ensuring production efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues,




and maintaining high standards of equipment performance and Equipment
Availability.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

PECVD Machine Management and Operation:

* Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable
deposition processes.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting

* Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to
prevent future failures.

Process Optimization:

* Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve
uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):

* Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and
preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.

Quality Control:

* Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence,
maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Safety and Compliance:

* Ensure adherence to safety protocols
