JOB SUMMARY: -

The Production Engineer / Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers during their assigned shift. The associate ensures that production targets are met safely, efficiently, OTIF and within quality standards.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

REPORTING: - Deputy Manager / Sr. Manager - Production

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: -

Responsibilities

Supervision and Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members on the assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to optimize performance.

Production Coordination:

Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets. Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth production flow. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Address and rectify any quality issues in a timely manner.





Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Address and correct any safety hazards or violations.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicate production goals, objectives, and expectations to the team in daily shift meetings. Report on production metrics, performance, and KPIs Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, PPC, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production in charge
- Experience in Manufacturing workplace
