About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety on the factory floor — from incoming raw materials to finished, packed products.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct plant weight checks, temperature checks, ingredient usage, finished product appearance, and code date verifications
- Submit daily reports to QA & QC on finished product evaluations
- Check and order raw material and packing material as per requirement; test incoming raw material and packing material




- Maintain quality by monitoring process parameters as per set standards
- Oversee hygiene and housekeeping of the plant
- Maintain and manage packing material
- Test finished products and conduct chemical analysis (e.g., for biscuits)
- Take key decisions regarding customer complaints
- Plan and execute daily production schedules; review and adjust as needed
- Implement and maintain GMP, SOPs, and GHP on the floor
- Prepare and maintain production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure effective coordination between departments including stores, maintenance, packing, and dispatch

Requirements
- Prior experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within an F&B;, FMCG, or manufacturing plant setup
- Working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GHP, and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to conduct basic chemical/quality ana
