Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on US Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and related positions. The ideal candidate should also have experience recruiting for selected IT positions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on US Staffing experience
- Strong experience managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process




- Experience recruiting for W2 Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions
- Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and market
- Excellent Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Ability to understand technical/non-IT job descriptions and identify qualified candidates
- Strong candidate screening, qualification, and submission skills
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing workplace

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Engineering and Non-IT US Recruitment, particularly in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Construction, Procurement, GIS, AutoCAD, Project Controls, and related technical disciplines.
