About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to overall business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions.
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.




Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Promote company products/services through appropriate sales and marketing channels.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing/social media platforms is preferred.
Candidates who are willing to work in office in Zirakpur are preferred.
