About the Role

ZANCK is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our Sales & Operations team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for students, fresh graduates, and individuals with up to 1 year of experience who want hands-on exposure to B2B sales, enterprise business development, client acquisition, market research, and business operations.

You will work closely with the Sales & Operations team to identify potential business opportunities, research prospective clients, initiate conversations, support sales activities, and maintain a structured business development pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how technology businesses acquire clients, build relationships, develop opportunities, and convert business problems into technology engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across ZANCK's target industries.
- Build and maintain qualified prospect lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Identify relevant decision-makers,



business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, web research, referrals, networking, and other appropriate channels.
- Research companies, industries, business challenges, technology requirements, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in identifying current markets, accounts, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Sales Outreach & Client Engagement
- Support outbound communication through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional channels.
- Introduce ZANCK and its capabilities to prospective clients in a explicit and professional manner.
- Understand initial client requirements and business challenges.
- Qualify prospects based on business need, relevance, decision-making authority, timing, and opportunity potential.
