Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new home loan customers, building strong relationships with existing borrowers,



and providing end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle. Daily activities include explaining loan products, assessing customer needs, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursal. The role also involves regular follow-up with customers, managing queries and service requests, assisting with collections when required, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with branch staff, local partners, and community stakeholders to expand outreach and support business growth.
