Job Description

Our growing construction company is looking for a Controller to join our team Responsible for the financial and accounting functions of S. & T. Group and affiliated entities controlled by ownership, our core values and teamwork drive everything we do,

Job Responsibilities

Supervision of accounting staff members.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of accounts receivable progress billings based upon specific contract terms.
Review accounts receivable, aging reports and assist with direct reports for collections.
Supervise the payment process to vendors and subcontractors and confirm lien waivers are properly collected.
Monitor daily cash balances to ensure requirements are met.
Review and monitor the preparation of the weekly payroll for union and non-union employees including the timely submission of monthly reports.
Perform special assignments as directed by the ownership, VP of Finance and President.
