Role Description The Sales Development Trainee======Remote=== role is a full-time, remote position focused on building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospective learners and families for Bhanzu’s math programs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and messaging, and qualifying prospects based on their needs and interest in Bhanzu’s offerings. The trainee engages with potential customers, explains program benefits, answers queries, and schedules consultations or demos for the sales team. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion. The Sales Development Trainee is expected to learn and apply Bhanzu’s sales processes, uphold a high standard of customer experience, and contribute to continuous improvement in outreach strategies.
