Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thodupuzha. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for farmers and other clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints. The executive will manage day-to-day communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, maintain accurate records of client interactions,



and follow up on feedback to improve satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, support the implementation of customer service initiatives, and contribute to community outreach activities that strengthen trust and long-term relationships. The role requires a consistent presence in office to understand local needs and provide timely, personalized support.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing abilities, including Client Relations and Customer Service skills.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience handling inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders, including farmers and local partners.
Ability to work on-site in Thodupuzha, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English, with basic computer literacy for
