About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Partnership Manager who will be
responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing strategic brand partnerships for our platform.
The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying business opportunities, building long-term
relationships with brands, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving successful partnerships.
The candidate should possess strong networking and relationship management skills with exposure
to the D2C, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Consumer Brands
ecosystem. This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete partnership
lifecycle—from lead generation and business discussions to documentation, onboarding, and post-
onboarding relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify, approach, and onboard new brands that align with the company's business
objectives and growth strategy.
 Develop and maintain solid relationships with founders,



brand owners, category managers,
partnership heads, and other key decision-makers.
 Own the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, pitching,
commercial negotiations, documentation, onboarding, and activation.
 Present the company's business model and create customized partnership proposals based
on each brand's objectives.
 Negotiate commercials, promotional campaigns, and partnership agreements to establish
mutually beneficial collaborations.
 Coordinate with the Legal team to review, negotiate, and finalize contracts while ensuring
compliance with company policies.
 Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure
seamless partner onboarding and campaign execution.
 Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective brands through networking, market
research, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
