HIRING ALERT | PRINCIPAL AI/ML ARCHITECT

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal AI/ML Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, and Cloud.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, write production-grade code, integrate AI components, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive AI/ML implementations at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML & Generative AI solutions

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, production-ready architectures

Develop solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs & Cloud services

Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search & Agentic AI solutions

Build capabilities for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation & monitoring

Implement MLOps / LLMOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, testing & observability

Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks,



and platforms based on business requirements

Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms & cloud services

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, scalability, performance & cost optimization

Provide technical leadership through architecture, hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting & mentoring

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise-scale, production-grade implementations

Robust Python development and software engineering expertise

Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP & Generative AI/LLMs

Hands-on expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, prompt engineering & LLM evaluation

Strong experience with Azure / AWS / GCP

Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD & containers

Experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines & e
