Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Vijayawada, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Oro Engineers & Consultants. The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, establishing internal controls, overseeing compliance with relevant regulations,



and advising senior leadership on financial strategy and business performance. The CFO will collaborate with operational and project leaders to evaluate investments, manage financial risk, and support strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role also includes presenting financial insights to stakeholders and contributing to long-term organizational planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to support decision-making and compliance.
