Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead – Corporate Services to manage the day-to-day administration, facilities, infrastructure and maintenance of our Hyderabad office.

The role will have a robust focus on facility and building management, technical maintenance, office infrastructure, utilities and vendor management, along with overall administration. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of building systems and maintenance and be comfortable coordinating with building management, vendors and internal teams to ensure the office operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead end-to-end facility and corporate services operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning and infrastructure upkeep.
- Manage building maintenance, electrical systems, DG, HVAC, plumbing, civil works and other technical facilities.
- Oversee BMS (Building Management System), preventive maintenance, breakdowns and coordination with technical service vendors.
- Manage vendors, AMC contracts, quotations, negotiations, invoices and service-level compliance.
- Handle office infrastructure, seating, space management, repairs, housekeeping, security and reception/front-office operations.
- Monitor utilities, electricity consumption, DG operations, maintenance costs and petty cash with effective cost control.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues, employee requests and operational escalations.
