Trading Tatva is looking for a super-confident, target-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team.

If you have 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales, love talking to people, are comfortable handling objections, and know how to convert genuine prospects into paying students, we want to hear from you.
Role: Sales Executive / Sales Closer

Location: [Noida ]

Salary: [₹25000 – ₹30000 + Attractive Incentives]
What you'll be doing:
- Connect with qualified leads and understand their goals, challenges and requirements.
- Counsel prospective students about learning opportunities and help them choose the right program.
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections around price, trust, time, competition, family concerns, etc.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process — from first conversation to enrollment.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

You should have:

2+ years of proven EdTech Sales experience

Strong experience in B2C / inside sales

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

High confidence while speaking with customers

Ability to build trust quickly with prospects

Strong follow-up discipline

Target-oriented and hungry to earn

Ability to understand customer psychology and identify buying intent

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience selling high-ticket courses/programs
- Have consistently achieved sales targets in
