Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting.



The Senior Accountant will monitor budgets, support financial planning, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The position also includes collaborating with project and management teams to provide financial insights and reports for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support project and organizational decision-making.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
Understanding of tax laws, statutory compliances, and audit processes relevant to the real estate and construction sector.
