Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Purchase Executive will handle end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. The role involves sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions. The Purchase Executive will work closely with production, stores,



and finance teams to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Regular monitoring of inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
Candidates should possess Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP or procurement software.
