Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier-1 Institute or CA / CPA

Job Summary:

• Manage defined workstreams within GBS / GCC and operating model transformation

engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and

delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines

• Own and lead projects – guiding team, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across

deliverables at the workstream level

• Manage client presentations, workshop materials, and proposal sections independently,

contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions

• Develop business cases, cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and supporting





models for GBS / SSC setup and transformation assignments

• Apply a process and operating-model perspective across GBS design, governance, KPI and

maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as Gen AI–enabled processes

• Lead business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal

development

• Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and

profound knowledge of market trends

Roles & Responsibilities:

• GBS / GCC Strategy and Setup: Lead analysis of operating model options (centralized,

federated, hybrid) and build-operate setup models, location and sourcing strategy, GBS

guiding principles, and process taxonomy (L0–L5) design for recent and scaling shared services

• Operating Model Design: Design integrated operating models for GBS / GCC setups,

including organizational structure options, service delivery models, and transition
