About the Role
We are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters who have strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring.
We are looking for recruiters who are confident, energetic, good at communication, and have a
proven record of successful placements.
What You Will Do
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
- Work mainly on W2 requirements.
- Speak with candidates and understand their skills, experience, visa status, and job expectations.
- Submit suitable candidates to open requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate pay rates and offers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates until placement and onboarding.
- Work closely with the recruiting teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
- Solid experience with W2 hiring.
- Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good candidate screening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Proven placement record is required.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in the Madhapur / Hitech City area.
- Must be comfortable working the US night shift.
