Job Summary

Responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients in Vijayawada, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients within the Vijayawada region.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring regular engagement and personalized service.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling various banking products (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, current/savings accounts).
* Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships and increase their share of wallet.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue generation and client acquisition.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and issues promptly and efficiently.




* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product teams, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Solid understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment principles.
