The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Siddipet region, identifying their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. This role focuses on client retention, acquisition, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture lasting relationships with individual and corporate clients in Siddipet.
* Understand client financial requirements and provide tailored advice on various banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, insurance).
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and acquire recent clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and terms.

Qualifications:
