Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying customer requirements, promoting our service offerings, and building long-term relationships with manufacturing clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, technical sales, capital equipment, automation, CNC machines, laser systems, or engineering services. This role combines field sales, customer relationship management,



and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing industries.
Promote and sell AMC contracts, laser machine repairs, fiber source repair services, spare parts, and consumables.
Generate qualified leads through customer visits, referrals, and market research.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities effectively.

Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, Production Teams, and Purchase Departments.
Understand customer machine performance, maintenance challenges, and operational requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor by recommending cost-effective service and maintenance solutions.
