Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Founder is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role supports the Founder by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and follow-ups.



The Executive Assistant will organize and prioritize daily tasks, maintain confidential files, and ensure smooth communication between the Founder, clients, and internal team members. Responsibilities include drafting emails and documents, preparing presentations and reports, tracking expense reports, and supporting key internal and external meetings. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with special projects, and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency and organization for the Founder and the leadership team.
Qualifications
Solid executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Experience handling expense reports and basic financial tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
Background in executive support, including managing confidential information and supporting high-level decision-making.
