Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Visa Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa inquiries, application status, and documentation requirements, providing clear and accurate information to customers. The role includes guiding applicants through visa procedures, collecting and verifying basic information, and updating records in internal systems. The Visa Telecaller will coordinate with internal teams for application processing, follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of documents,



and maintain professional communication standards. The position also involves resolving basic queries, escalating complex issues when needed, and supporting overall customer service and process efficiency.
