We are looking for a Sr Engr Cslt - AI/ML Engineering in the AI Platforms and AI Governance organization.

The enterprise AI Control Plane team requires Senior Engineer Consultant to be part of the build and operate phase of the foundational E2E AI Governance ecosystem. Currently, AI governance work is fragmented.



This role will lead a dedicated engineering pod to own the overarching architecture that integrates AI development platforms with safety and compliance hubs. This role will be part of the team that sets enterprise standards, negotiate guardrails with
executive risk organizations (Legal, InfoSec, RAI), and transform governance from a manual bottleneck into an automated pipeline, culminating in same-session auto-approvals for Verizon AI.
Architect and code automated governance pipelines that inject Security and RIL (Responsible AI, Integrity, Legal) guardrails directly into the deployment lifecycle.
Implement advanced agent simulation (Tau2 benchmark) and continuous real-time observability telemetry for production LLMs.
Build robust API integrations connecting developer platforms seamlessly with Verizon governance hubs (Engram, Agent Registry).
Architect Identity & Access Management (IAM) and routing logic within the Agent Gateway to ensure autonomous workflows operate with secure access boundaries
